With AndreaMosaic portable you can create your own photographic mosaics made with your own pictures. More specifically, any photo mosaic contains numerous tiled photos.
To create such a mosaic you need a collection of images to use as tiles for the mosaic and you also need an image to use for the original as a matrix for the mosaics. You can then set the parameters of the program to create different kinds of mosaics.
